2017 Cosa Nostra Pinot Syrah

A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Syrah matured in old French oak for 14 months. Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a vibrant red hue. Elevated ripe dark cherry, blackberry and liquorice aromas meld into clove, earthy dried herbs and spice notes. Light to medium weight with a generous feel, juicy dark cherry and blackberry flavours intermix with some liquorice, earthy dried clove and spice elements. Dry savoury finish with well integrated tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
