2017 Coriole Songbird Cabernet Sauvignon

Impressive inky black core with a deep dark red black hue. Freshly crushed inky blackcurrant aromas combine with cherry, light earth, faint vanillin cedar and herb notes. Medium bodied, juicy but elegant blackcurrant flavours sit over a backdrop of dusty vanillin cedar, dried herbs and spice. Dryish finish with fine grained tannins and bright youthful acidity. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, vanillin cedar, subtle earth and spicy dried herbs.
