2017 Copperhead Shiraz

Deep dark red black shaded core with a dark red hue. Peppery dark cherry and liquorice aromas are followed by smoked meat and earthy leather like notes. Medium bodied with a plush feel the palate features juicy dark plum and liquorice fruit over toasty vanillin cedar, earth and peppered meat characters. Very polished tannins with a ripe savoury conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
