2017 Clarence House Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy top notes meld into ripe gooseberry, asparagus, light pencil shaving and capsicum scents. On the palate intense gooseberry, citrus and grassy asparagus characters mix with spicy capsicum. Finishes dry with lingering dusty pencil shaving characters. Crisp acidity with a long spicy herbaceous aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
