Certified organic. Opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Ripe dark cherry and dark chocolate aromas are overlaid with fresh herb notes and light spicy earth. Light to medium bodied the palate has flavours of dark berries and a touch of liquorice with subtle earth and dried herb infusions also present. Spicy finish with slightly dryish tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
