Made from 80% Sangiovese with the balance made up by indigenous grapes. Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of red currant and red cherries combine with earthy elements, fresh herbs and spice. Elegant with light to medium body weight, earthy red currant and red cherry fruits are underpinned by vibrant fresh acidity and slightly rustic tannins. Dried herbs and spice are also present. Dryish finish with a medium length conclusion.
