2017 Brini Sebastian Single Vineyard Shiraz

Matured in a combination of French and American oak barrels for 18 months. Totally opaque black heart with a deep dark red hue. Sailing out of the glass are ripe dark plum, liquorice and dark cherry scents which are trailed by smoky vanillin cedar, spicy fennel and peppered earth notes. Refined and silky in its feel rich liquorice, dark plum and blackberry fruits glide across the palate with scorched earth, spicy vanillin cedar, mocha and pepper elements ensuing. Driving and expansive with velvety tannins and a long classy finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
