2017 Brezza Langhe Nebbiolo

This Langhe Nebbiolo is made to enhance the freshness and elegance of Nebbiolo grape with much of the fruit coming from their key cru’s within the Barolo Commune. The fermentation with maceration lasts for 10 days, then it’s left to rest in stainless steel vats for around 6 to 7 months.

Semi translucent vibrant dark red colour with a light crimson red hue. Pretty, red fruited scents of cherries, strawberries and raspberries laced with hints of rose petals show good aromatic lift. Inky earth like notes, traces of tobacco and spice are also present. Light and lively, delicious bright red raspberry and strawberry flavours fill the mouth over red cherries, earthy tobacco and spicy dried herb elements. Savoury, fresh crunchy like finish with dry, slightly chalky tannins and a lengthy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
