2017 Bremerton Selkirk Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced dark plum and blackberry aromatics intermix with chocolate bullets, vanillin oak, a hint of scorched earth and spicy mint. Rich and plush in its texture the palate is filled with spicy dark plum and liquorice fruits which meld into vanillin oak and subtle scorched earth characters. A dash of mint is also evident. Very smooth, velvet like tannins with a medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
