Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Scented ripe peach and light honeycomb aromas intermix with hints of crème brulee, citrusy nougat characters and spice. Rich ripe peach and honeycomb flavours combine over a back drop of citrusy nougat characters, cashew and spicy oak. Creamy textural feel finishing dry with good fresh acidity acting as a counterpoint. Medium to long aftertaste of white peaches, honeycomb, nougat, light cashew, citrus and spice.
