2017 Black Jack Shiraz

Very deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Dark plum and ripe blueberry fruit aromas combine with a hint of liquorice, vanillin cedar, confectionary and spice. Medium bodied with a soft fleshy feel, flavours of dark plum are to the fore, liquorice, toasty vanillin cedar, clove and spice ensuing. Velvety tannins with toasty oak and clove characters lingering on the finish.
Cellar 5-6 years.
