Midnight black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark plum and liquorice gently overlaid by smoky vanillin cedar, clove, some meatiness and pepper. Plush and fleshy the palate is decorated with rich dark plum fruit which is underpinned by dried herbs, smoky cedar, fennel and pepper. Velvet smooth tannins with a savoury medium to long finish.
