Totally opaque dark purple black colour with a bright dark purple hue. Inky dark plum and liquorice aromas combine with earth, infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Medium bodied with an elegant feel and fresh finish the palate has a savoury flavour profile of spicy ripe dark cherries, traces of liquorice, earth and some youthful inkiness. Slightly dryish tannins and bright acidity with an aftertaste of spiced dark cherries, a touch of liquorice and inky earth.
