Brilliant pale straw colour with distinctive highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach and nectarine scents are married to subtle dried honey, biscuity oak, nougat and traces of gun flint. Medium bodied, a touch lighter and showing more elegance than previous releases, gently creamed flavours of fleshy white peaches and nectarines meld into faint honeycomb, cashew, biscuity oak and spicy nougat elements. Finishes with good freshness and a medium length aftertaste.
