2017 Artiste Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black brick red colour with a deep dark brick red hue. Nosing offers up rhubarb, blackcurrant and dried herb aromatics followed by earth, old vanillin cedar and spicy black olives. Medium bodied the palate has juicy plum and rhubarb flavours sitting over a back drop of tobacco, earth, dried herbs and spicy black olive. Fleshy mid palate feel with slightly chalky tannins drying out the finish. The aftertaste a mixture of rhubarb, tobacco and spicy dried herbs.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
