Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays lemon and green apple scents over wet steel and stony mineral notes. Light racy palate with lime and crisp green apple flavours prevalent over lemony citrus characters, wet steel and mineral. Dry finish with bracing acidity and a lengthy aftertaste of lemon, green apple, subtle lime, wet steel and mineral.
