2016 Zonzo Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of citrus and herbaceous grassy characters combine followed by some ripe pears with lime end notes. The palate is a little flat and quite broad in its mouthfeel with flavours of citrus, ripe pears and lime prevalent over a touch of grassy minerality. Dry finish with sufficient acidity for the short term. Aftertaste of citrus, ripe pears, a touch of grassiness and stony mineral.
