Bright apricot skin tinged colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pears and Jonathan apples mixed in with some honeysuckle are followed by musk and light spice. Medium weighted with good richness and a fullish texture the palate has ripe pear and Jonathan apple flavours that intermingle with honeysuckle, quince and spice. Clean dry finish with well balanced acidity and a spicy aftertaste of ripe pear, Jonathan apple, honeysuckle and spicy quince.
