2016 Zephyr Gewurztraminer

Bright pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Intense lychee top notes intermix with rose petal and light musk followed by notions of Turkish delight and honeysuckle. Rich with a luscious almost creamy like textural feel the palate is filled with concentrated flavours of lychees, ripe pears, honeysuckle, infusions of musk, subtle Turkish delight and spicy ginger. Medium dry finish with good balanced acidity and a long aftertaste of lychees, musk, Turkish delight, honeysuckle and elements of spicy ginger.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
