Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of lime juice and granny smith apple followed by some citrusy orange like notes and flinty mineral. Fresh and lively with a vein of vibrant acidity running through the lime juice, crunchy green apple, orange and flinty mineral flavours. Steely dry finish with a long aftertaste of lime juice, citrusy orange characters, wet steel and mineral.
