Certified Organic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromatics of apricot and citrus are followed by some orange peel and mineral. Richly textured the palate is filled with apricot and honeysuckle flavours over some ripe citrus fruits and spice. Clean dry finish with well balanced fresh acidity. Aftertaste of apricots, citrusy honeysuckle and spice.
