2016 Yalumba Eden Valley Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the outskirts and a watery hue. Scents of nectarine and a hint of grapefruit meld into some honeyed biscuit like characters, nougat and citrus. A light but flavoursome palate features nectarines and white peaches over some spicy biscuity oak, faint dried honey and citrusy nougat with an elegant creaminess to the textural feel. Finishes fresh and vibrant with a long aftertaste of nectarines, white peaches, subtle dried honey, biscuity oak and citrusy nougat.
