2016 Wilson DJW Polish Hill River Riesling

A powerful expression of Polish Hill Riesling.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinctive highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Scented lime and lemon aromas overlay subtle green apple and orange with spicy talc end notes. Mouth watering flavours of lime and lemon weave themselves through a precise line of acidity with green apple, subtle orange infusions and talc also present. Finishes dry and crisp with a long lemon, lime, orange rind and talcy mineral aftertaste.
