2016 Williams Crossing Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with a slight tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and dried honey scents are followed by lightly roasted biscuity cashew like notes, nougat and spice. Medium bodied with a creamy like textural feel, flavours of pears and dried honey meld into cashew, subtle toast and spicy nougat. Finishes dry with an aftertaste of spicy pears, dried honey, cashew, toast and nougat.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
