2016 Whistler Stacks on GSM

A blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Shiraz and 10% Mataro with 12% whole bunch fruit included. Deep dark red core with a bright purple red hue. Very fragrant nose with aromas of red and dark raspberries laced with violets followed by ripe red cherries, hints of liquorice, light vanillin oak and confectionary. Light fresh and juicy the palate is filled with delicious red raspberry and red cherry flavours which dominate over a background of plum juice and confectionary. Finishes dry with bright acidity and velvety tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of red raspberries, red cherries, plum juice, subtle liquorice and confectionary.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
