A blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon. Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Top notes of passionfruit and green apple intermix with some asparagus and herbaceous grassy characters followed by spicy herb end notes. Lively passionfruit and citrus flavours dominate the palate with some grassiness and spicy herbs in the background. The finish is dry and fresh with an aftertaste of passionfruit, citrus, some grassiness and spicy herbs.
