Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peaches and grapefruit sit over some biscuity oak and gun flint characters with spice end notes. The palate is predominately driven by fruit flavours of nectarine, grapefruit and melon with underlying delicate gun flint infusions and spice. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of ripe nectarines, grapefruit, melon and gun flint infusions.
