Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Delicate aromas of apricot, peach and citrus are overlaid by hints of honeysuckle with some light quince and spice end notes. Light in body leaning more towards freshness than textural richness the palate sports flavours of peaches, citrus and fresh apricots laced with honeysuckle over a vibrant mineral infused finish. With some bottle age the present faint creaminess will fill out further. Aftertaste of peaches, apricot, honeysuckle and citrusy mineral. A light, fresh, elegantly textured Viognier.
