Bright straw colour with a pale straw hue. The nose releases aromas of Jonathan apple and quince laced with spicy dried herbs over wet slate. Very dry but texturally full the palate has an expressive flavour profile of spicy Jonathan apples and quince which meld into stony elements as well as some dried herbs. Finishes fresh with a hint of dried honey apparent on the medium length aftertaste.
