Brilliant pale straw colour with the faintest of green tinges around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of pears and ripe red apples are overlaid by hints of honeysuckle with spicy citrus end notes. Light and nicely textured the palate has flavours of pears, apples and citrus with some light spicy honeysuckle on the dry finish. Aftertaste of pears, apples, light honeysuckle and spice.
