2016 Turners Crossing Shiraz

Midnight black in colour with a deep dark red hue. Wafting out of the glass are heady aniseed, blackberry and chocolate bullet scents followed by vanillin oak, subtle earth and peppered fennel notes. Rich, full and voluptuous the palate is flush with lavish aniseed, blackberry and choc mint flavours which meld into toasty vanillin oak, earth and spicy fennel characters. Possessing both power and concentration it finishes with velvety tannins, a sturdy underbelly and long opulent aftertaste.
