2016 Tour Travers Bordeaux Rouge

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of red currant, mulberry, black olive and tobacco leaf have some cedary graphite and spice like end notes. Light to medium bodied the palate has elegant flavours of blackcurrant, mulberry and black olive over dusty cedar, tobacco and spice characters. Dryish finish with grainy tannins and a modest aftertaste.
