A blend of 50% Roussanne, 25% Marsanne and 25% Viognier. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. The nose throws up aromatics of ripe peaches, apricot and dried apple laced with honeysuckle and spice. Full bodied and richly textured the palate boasts mouthfilling flavours of peaches, apricots and honeysuckle over some baked apple with a dry spicy finish. Well balanced acidity with an aftertaste of spicy peaches, apricot, baked apple and honeysuckle.
