Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Aromas of tropical fruits are followed by some green apple, light grassy characters and citrusy mineral end notes. Light and refreshing with passionfruit flavours to the fore over some citrusy mineral infusions and a subtle herbaceous grassiness. Clean dry finish with racy acidity.
