2016 Tomich Duck & Weave Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a crimson red hue. Scents of red and sour cherries as well as strawberries laced with fresh herbs emanate from the glass followed by stalky cedar and spice. Light but deliciously supple and savoury the palate dishes up flavours of red and dark cherries intermixed with strawberries and a dash of anise over traces of sour cherries and spicy cedar. Bright fresh finish with very smooth perfectly integrated tannins. Good length concluding with an aftertaste of red and dark cherries, strawberries, traces of anise and spicy cedar. An excellent everyday drinking Pinot that delivers great value.
