The use of only the free run juice at crushing has resulted in this wine being intensely flavoured and aromatic whilst retaining delicacy at the same time. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Fragrant lemon and lime aromas jump from the glass followed by some mandarin infusions, green apple and mineral. Zesty lemon and lime flavours laced with mandarin overlay some talc and mineral. Finishes dry with zippy acidity. Excellent flavour intensity with a long aftertaste of lime, lemon, mandarin, talc and mineral.
