2016 Tibooburra Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Nosing offers up aromatics of dark cherries and strawberries gently laced with dried clove and subtle violet notes followed by some meatiness and spicy cedar. Supple and spicy in the mouth the light to medium bodied palate features flavours of ripe cherries and strawberries over infusions of dried clove, smoky cedar and traces of dried meats. Velvet smooth tannins. Solid power wave with a long spicy dark cherry, ripe strawberry, subtle dried clove and lightly earthed dried meats aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
