2016 Thompson Estate Four Chambers Shiraz

Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice and black cherries intermingle with dried meats, light scorched earth and blackpepper. Rich blackberry, liquorice and black cherry fruit fills the mouth underpinned by dried meats and scorched earth with a blackpepper infused finish. A generous mouthfeel is backed by sturdy tannins concluding with a juicy medium to long aftertaste laced with black pepper.
