2016 The Willows Vineyard Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose offers up a combination of lime, orange rind and citrus top notes followed by some talc. On the palate flavours of lime and citrus merge into some lightly honeyed toast characters with a dry minerally finish. A nicely textured mouthfeel is counterpointed against crisp acidity. Aftertaste of lime, citrus, light toast and mineral.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
