Opaque dark purple black colour with a dark purple hue. Spicy blackberry, plum and liquorice aromas evolve from the glass followed by crushed rock like notes and pepper. Medium to full bodied with a juicy textural feel the palate dishes up flavours of dark plums and liquorice which sit over a back drop of subtle vanillin cedar, crushed rock elements and spicy pepper. Fresh finish with velvety tannins and a delicious dark plum, liquorice, smoky vanillin cedar and spicy pepper aftertaste.
