Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear and Jonathan apple are overlaid by musk with dried straw and subtle quince end notes. Vibrant palate flavours of fresh pears and apples intermixed with citrus fruits are followed by some light quince infusions on the bright dry finish. Crisp acidity with an aftertaste of fresh pears, faint musk infusions, citrus and quince.
