Semi translucent bright ruby red colour with a crimson purple hue. Scents of raspberry, plum and liquorice laced with incense emerge from the glass followed by spicy earth end notes. Youthful juicy raspberry jube and plum flavours dominate with a touch of liquorice also present finishing dry and spicy. Slightly inky mouthfeel. Bright acidity with fine grained yet sturdy tannins providing a bit of grip on the finish. Aftertaste of raspberries, plum, subtle liquorice and spicy earth.
