2016 Terrazas de Los Andes Reserva Malbec

Totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted aromas of violets, ripe dark cherries, hints of blueberry and liquorice merge into elements of dried herbs, lightly scorched vanillin cedar and spice. Medium bodied ripe dark cherry flavours laced with dried herbs and scorched cedar overlay a spicy finish. Sturdy, slightly dryish tannins with an aftertaste of dark cherries infused with dried herbs, scorched earth and spice.
