2016 Te Mata Estate Vineyards Gamay Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light crimson purple hue. Freshly crushed berry aromas are overlaid by earthy incense like notes and spice. Light and savoury, lively red cherry and red raspberry flavours collide with earthy characters, traces of incense infusions and spice. Finishes dry with fresh acidity, fine grained tannins and an aftertaste of freshly crushed red cherries, raspberries, inky earth like characters and spicy incense infusions.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
