2016 Te Mata Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of fresh white peaches married to dried honey characters sit over biscuity oak, nougat, light cashew and spice. Elegant and refined with a fresh, lightly creamed mouthfeel the palate is subtlety flavoured with white peaches, nectarines and pears infused with dried honey over citrusy nougat, light biscuity oak and spice. Finishes clean and dry with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of peaches, pears, nectarines, dried honey, citrusy nougat, subtle cashew and spice.
