Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the edges. Aromas of pears and dried apples laced with dried honey characters are followed by subtle straw notes. Light and fresh the palate has flavours of pears and apples over subtle citrusy honeysuckle characters and spice. Clean dry finish with well judged acidity. Aftertaste of pears, dried apples, citrusy honeysuckle and spice.
