Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant ripe cherry and strawberry aromas are complemented by a hint of anise, traces of meatiness and spicy cedar. Supple in the mouth the palate is full of delicious ripe cherry and strawberry flavours which sit over anise, light smoked meats and spicy cedar. Vibrant acidity and finely grained tannins. Spicy aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, strawberries, meaty anise characters and lightly smoked cedar.
