Deep bright dark red core with tinges of black around the edges and a vibrant light crimson hue. Fragrant ripe red cherry and red raspberry aromas are followed by subtle infusions of incense, subtle inky earth notes and spice. Light, fruity and vibrant the palate features juicy fresh red cherry and raspberry flavours over flashes of cranberry with a trace of earth and spice also evident. Finishes with crunchy acidity and very fine grained, barely noticeable tannins. Savoury aftertaste of fresh red cherries, raspberries, subtle cranberries, faint inky earth and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
