Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of lime zest and lemon intermixed with granny smith apple are followed by slatey mineral notes. The palate is filled with ripe lime, lemon and green apple flavours which overlay a backdrop of slate and mineral. Dry finish with fresh crunchy acidity. Long lime, lemon, crunchy green apple and slatey mineral aftertaste.
