Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lime and green apple scents dominate the nose with ensuing citrus, orange rind and talc notes. Possessing excellent concentration the palate is awash with tantalising flavours of lime, orange rind and citrus over some light talc and mineral. Finishes fresh and crunchy with a long aftertaste of ripe limes, orange rind, citrus and talcy mineral.
